By commissioning me, you automatically accept my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.

I accept personal and commercial work.

Payments are generally done IN FULL through Paypal. If you're unable to purchase through Paypal and there are other payment methods you'd prefer, we can negotiate.

I have the right to decline a commission without providing a reason

All of my artworks are PROHIBITED from being used for blockchain related technology ie cryptocurrency or non-fungible token (NFTs) and being put into any AI related software

If there's any confusion in the process or the provided information, I'm happy to communicate and discuss!!

As the artist, I retain the right to post the full finished artwork and work in progress to social media unless the commission is negotiated to be kept as private. These will be posted with my signature trademark and be fully stated it is a commission work.

Repost of the commission MUST be credited to my name miaowpuff (or any social media link is appreciated). Any modification to my work MUST go through my permission first. NO NFT and NO AI usage.

You ARE ALLOWED to create merchandise from the commission for PERSONAL USE such as printing your own print, or keychain, etc

For promotional purposes (such as icons, reposts, banners, streaming schedules,.. etc to promote your business) with PERSONAL commission, please ASK permission first.

For COMMERCIAL commission, you can use the artwork for promotional purposes freely!

If you intend to sell merch with the COMMERCIAL commission, please discuss with me before you place the commission. Selling merchandise is allowed ONLY AFTER you have discussed your plans including the price, amount of merch with me.

I only accept full payment upfront. I will only start working on the commission after I have received the payment

Price can be changed according to the amount of complexity or detail of the work. This can be discussed

I will refund you when no work has been done or I have only done a brief sketch. You can only ask for a PARTIAL refund when the commission is in progress and it's based on how much I've completed. There will be NO REFUND after the work is finished

I generally work on the commission for 2-6 weeks. However, the time can vary due to many reasons such as personal life and health issues, and other ongoing projects. Please be patient with my commission process. You can ask for updates and I'd be gladly to contact you back!

When the payment is fulfilled, it is DEFAULT that I will only give you the finished artwork. However, if you want a WIP (work-in-process) or you'd like to request a step-by-step process (sketch → base → finished work), that can be arranged.

When the work is finished, a link to the full resolution image will be sent to you. ONLY minor changes can be made
